Visual Content Producer (Videography + Graphic Design) — Full Time, In Office

Wise Insurance and Kim Anh Insurance are rapidly growing health insurance agencies serving both the English- and Vietnamese-speaking communities. We are seeking a full-time Visual Content Producer who is fluent in Vietnamese and English to help elevate our brand through high-quality video production and graphic design.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants their work to directly support marketing campaigns, community events, educational seminars, recruiting initiatives, and overall company growth.
Position Overview
The Visual Content Producer will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and producing engaging visual content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency for both Wise Insurance and Kim Anh Insurance.
This is an in-office role that requires frequent collaboration with leadership, the marketing team, and sales staff, as well as on-site filming at events and community outreach programs.
Vietnamese fluency is required to support marketing efforts targeting the Vietnamese community.
Key Responsibilities
🎥 Video Production
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Produce long-form content such as seminars, interviews, podcasts, and educational programs
Capture live events, workshops, and community initiatives
Manage lighting, audio, and camera setup for professional-quality shoots
Organize and maintain a structured digital video library
🎨 Graphic Design
Design marketing materials including:
Flyers and postcards
Seminar banners and event signage
Social media graphics
Presentation decks
Email marketing visuals
Recruiting materials
Ensure brand consistency across multiple campaigns and audiences
🚀 Creative Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to execute weekly campaigns
Contribute ideas for video concepts and visual storytelling
Identify social media trends and recommend content opportunities
Support rapid turnaround projects when needed
Qualifications
Required
✅ Fluent in Vietnamese and English
✅ 2+ years of videography and graphic design experience
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing BOTH video and design work
✅ Proficiency with tools such as:
Cap Cut
Canva
✅ Ability to work in a high-output, deadline-driven environment
✅ Strong organizational skills
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent time management
✅ Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
Preferred (Not Required)
⭐ Experience creating content for social media marketing
⭐ Motion graphics experience
⭐ Photography skills
⭐ Familiarity with branding and direct-response marketing
Compensation & Benefits
💰 $50,000 – $60,000 annually + quarterly performance bonus
